Thank you for shopping with NammaSwag.
All products sold on NammaSwag are made-to-order and fulfilled through our Print-on-Demand (POD) manufacturing process. Every product is custom printed specifically after an order is placed.
Order Processing & Production
Since all products are made-to-order, orders require production time before shipment.
- Production and processing generally take 2–7 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, holidays, peak seasons, or operational requirements.
- Orders cannot be modified, edited, or cancelled once production has begun.
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines within India are:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–14 business days or longer depending on courier serviceability
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹699: ₹49 shipping charge.
- Orders of ₹699 and above: Free Shipping across India.
NammaSwag reserves the right to update shipping charges, delivery offers, and promotional shipping programs without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected pincodes and serviceable locations.
- COD availability depends on courier partner coverage and operational serviceability.
- Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.
- NammaSwag reserves the right to disable COD for specific locations, products, or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided during checkout.
Customers may use the tracking information to monitor shipment progress and delivery status.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
NammaSwag shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Invalid contact information
- Unserviceable delivery locations
- Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
Return to Origin (RTO) Orders
An order may be returned to origin (RTO) by courier partners due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Invalid phone number or contact details
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
- Cash on Delivery (COD) payment refusal
- Restricted or inaccessible delivery location
If an order is returned due to customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Courier network delays
- Weather disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Transportation interruptions
- Government restrictions
- Operational disruptions affecting fulfillment or courier partners
NammaSwag shall not be liable for delays caused by such events.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit by the courier partner, we will investigate the matter with the courier and fulfillment partner.
After verification, a replacement or refund may be approved where applicable.
