Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with NammaSwag.

All products sold on NammaSwag are made-to-order and fulfilled through our Print-on-Demand (POD) manufacturing process. Every product is custom printed specifically after an order is placed.

Because products are manufactured exclusively for each order, returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by the terms below.

7-Day Issue Reporting Window

Customers must report eligible issues within 7 days of receiving the order.

Claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for review, replacement, or refund.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Product received damaged during transit
  • Product received with manufacturing defects
  • Misprinted product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong design delivered
  • Wrong size delivered by the fulfillment partner
  • Product materially different from the order placed
  • Order confirmed as lost during transit by the courier partner

How to Report an Issue

To initiate a claim, please contact support@nammaswag.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of shipping labels
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Unboxing video

Providing an unboxing video is strongly recommended. In certain cases, claims may not be approved if sufficient evidence is not available to verify the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification of the claim, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

The final resolution will depend on claim verification and fulfillment partner review.

Wrong Product or Wrong Size Delivered

If an incorrect product, design, or size is delivered due to a fulfillment error, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Upon verification, an appropriate replacement or refund may be approved.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit by the courier partner, NammaSwag will investigate the matter with the courier and fulfillment partner.

After verification, a replacement or refund may be approved.

Size Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.

Minor measurement variations are normal in garment manufacturing.

A measurement tolerance of approximately ±0.5 inches is considered acceptable and shall not be treated as a defect.

If the delivered product matches the ordered size and falls within accepted manufacturing tolerances, replacement, refund, or exchange requests based on sizing concerns will not be approved.

Wrong Size Ordered by Customer

If a customer orders the wrong size, selects an incorrect variant, or wishes to return a product that is free from defects, such requests are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

As all products are custom printed after an order is placed, a new order must be placed if a different size or variant is required.

Color & Print Variations

Actual product colors may vary slightly from images displayed on screens due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, printing processes, and fabric characteristics.

Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance shall not be considered defects.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect color or variant selected by the customer
  • Ordering mistakes made during checkout
  • Customer preference regarding fit, appearance, or style
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items unless defective

Return Authorization Requirement

Do not return any product without contacting us first.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a different size, color, or variation is required due to customer preference or ordering error, a new order must be placed.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on the payment provider or banking institution, refund processing times may vary.

Please allow up to 15 business days after refund approval for the refund to appear in your account.
